Black Bean Dip

This delicous black bean dip serves as a very versitile addition to any Mexican fare. Replace refried beans or burrito filling or top nachos ot taco salads


Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans, drained
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Directions

  1. In a medium sauce pan, combine ingredients. Heat through over medium heat.
  2. Remove from heat. Using an electric mixer, combine mixture until beans are smashed and ingredients are mixed well.
  3. Serve alongside your favorite tortilla chips, as burrito filling, or side dish.
