This delicous black bean dip serves as a very versitile addition to any Mexican fare. Replace refried beans or burrito filling or top nachos ot taco salads
Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans, drained
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Directions
- In a medium sauce pan, combine ingredients. Heat through over medium heat.
- Remove from heat. Using an electric mixer, combine mixture until beans are smashed and ingredients are mixed well.
- Serve alongside your favorite tortilla chips, as burrito filling, or side dish.
