Comfort food + Crock Pot = yes.
I really enjoyed this side dish (to a few meals-it makes a lot) because of how simple it was to make and again, I was able to confess my love to my crock pot.
I have a problem. I know.
Other than waiting for the noodles to boil, this came together quite quickly and made the house smell wonderful and cheesy. Feel free to add MORE cheese or even throw this into a baking dish with butter, cheese, and breadcrumbs on top and place it under the broiler for a few minutes. Yum.

I always enjoy a good crock pot recipe. Thank you for sharing this one.
Thanks - I was a bit surprised how much milk/cream there was - maybe that is what I have been doing wrong.
I found this through Thriving on Thursdays. I have linked in a corned beef hash cakes recipe using corned beef leftovers. I selected the right picture but the linky thing went crazy, so you will have to click through to see the picture. Have a great week.
I think I'm drooling! pinned- thanks for linking up with kids in the kitchen
I always ask my coworker to make this dish whenever we have potlucks at work! I'm dieting right now, but I'm bookmarking this to make at the next family gathering. Thanks for sharing!
