Honey Cashew Chicken

One of my all time Pei Wei/P.F. Chang dishes is the Honey Seared Chicken. I can usually kill a kids sized order of it and a few lettuce wraps. This Honey Cashew Chicken does the job during the week or really, whenever. I serve this over jasmine rice, because well...jasmine rice is the bomb. If you aren't eating it, you are missing out. Regular sticky white rice or brown rice will do, but I am begging you to try jasmine rice. Please.

Okay now I must pick up jasmine rice. You're like the fifth person that says jasmine rice is awesome. I always figured, eh rice is rice, but I guess not? Looks yummy!

I just pinned this, it looks awesome! How do you get your "pin it" button to show up? I have a new blog (as of Nov. 2011), and I'd love to have the pin it on all my recipes. At this time, I have to individually put the "pin it" button on anything I want the button on. Just wondering if there is a way to set it up so it shows up on all of your posts. Thanks!

I am so glad that you linked up this recipe! I have gone gluten-free and am a really picky eater and most chicken recipes have so much stuff in them that I don't like! This is PERFECT! Will be trying this on this week! Thanks for sharing!

Take care,

Trish
