Sinfully Rich Brownies {recipe}

I so made these brownies for Cheat Sunday.
Nom, nom, nom, nom.

Its a doctored up box mix that Kristy @ Sweet Treats and more blessed my life with, along with the sharp, wet knife trick. Its changed my life.

I only put nuts in one row, apparently I'm the only one who likes nuts in brownies.

Sharp, wet knife. Word.

Sinfully Rich Brownies (from a box!)

1 boxed brownie mix of your choice-I went with Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate
Double the number of eggs called for in the box instructions
Cream in place of the water called for in the box instructions
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips-I had 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet on hand
Chopped pecans-If you are cool like that

Preheat oven to 325. Grease baking dish of choice WELL-I went with a 9X9 which made very thick brownies.

Mix ingredients in the order listed then pour mixture into baking dish. Bake for about 40 minutes (for a 9X13 pan, my 9X9 went for about 50 minutes.)

Let brownies cool completely, then cut with a wet, sharp knife. I dusted powdered sugar over mine before cutting.

Enjoy!

Ohhh, I'm so glad you liked them! I have to tell my husband to hide all of the treats I make from me! Otherwise, I'll eat them all!!
