1.My Fitbit arrived! Let's just say I'm in love. Don't believe me? Facebook will prove me right.
"24 hours with my Fitbit has been a complete success. I was able to view my sleeping pattern from last night (I came out of restful sleep 20 times, yes 20) AND I was finally able to use my missing fitness link-my BMR. I now know without a doubt how many calories I am burning 24 hours a day. To see such a large deficit between my calories in versus calories out is SUCH a good feeling. In addition to these interesting and valuable pieces of info, I was also able to see my steps taken, floors climbed, and distance traveled. HIGHLY recommend one-fitness freak or not."
