Who doesn't love a piping hot bowl of chicken noodle soup? Many of us didn't really experience a winter this year, including us. I didn't make many soups or stews, but I did try my hand at homemade chicken noodle. With a start to finish time of under an hour, this is a definite go to for me!

You're right! Winter seemed so short. I think the coldest we got was probably in the early 40's, and now spring is already on it's way. This recipe looks fantastic! Thanks for sharing!

Looks like a wonderfully simple recipe! Last time I made chicken noodle soup (for a sick household) I added ginger since I hear it is supposed to help with nausea. It was a delicious variation you might want to try.
