Feeding My Temple's 100+ Follower Giveaway!





100+. Yeah, I'm a few days late...I'm at 102 as of this morning, but as promised, it is time for another giveaway!! Woo-hoo!

I mentioned in my first 12 week fitness post that my next giveaway would be fitness related. So, here are the details!

These are all items I use on a daily basis and are great tools to get you on or keep you on the right track for healthy living. Life isn't about a constant diet. Humans were created to be active and eat nutrient rich foods. That, my friends is not a "diet"...it is living the way you were intended to. 

I feel extremely blessed to you have you all as followers! And I thank you, once again. Without you, I would be doing what I normally do, which is talk to myself. I'm not crazy....I promise.

Great giveaway!! My healthy goals for this winter are to get plenty of exercise, drink lots of water and hopefully lose a little weight.

This winter my biggest thing is staying hydrated with water. The rest of the year I'm super good at it, then winter happens and all I want to drink is warm coffee! Oooops!

Hmmm.... My goal is to focus on time management in all of my areas- and to keep my stress level down. I also know that I need to drink more water!
