This recipe is slightly adapted from one that was floating around on Pinterest. The original source is a fabulous blog I love, Six Sisters' Stuff. The original recipe called for 1 cup water and 1 cup of salsa. I'm sure it is delicious with salsa, but my brain couldn't process au jus plus salsa. I substituted 1 cup of beef broth for the salsa.
You can eat this roast just as you would with any other, or you can serve it as a sandwich. Six Sisters made sliders from Hawaiian dinner rolls. I took it one step further and bought the full size Hawaiian buns! YUM!
